To secure a spot in camp, you must pay at least the $330 non-refundable deposit of the camp cost. The remaining balance will be automatically
charged on the due date of MAY 1st. You may also pay in full now which will guarantee your spot. If you pay in full prior to MAY 1st and cancel, you may receive a refund minus the $330 deposit if you contact the Camp Administrator at info@eastcoastlacrossecamp.com. Again, you must email the info@eastcoastlacrossecamp.com email address before May 1st to receive any
refund. After MAY 1st all payments must be paid in full and all payments are non-refundable regardless of reason(s) of cancellation. No refunds will be given due to any weather conflicts during camp.

No exceptions.
